Mission
The mission of the Joseph Beer Foundation is to provide world-wide recognition for the music of Joseph Beer via all means of broadcasting, be it via operatic and concert performances, audio and audio visual recordings, television and radio broadcasts, publishing, media coverage etc.

Not-for-Profit Status
The Foundation is in the process of obtaining it 501(c)3 status as a non-profit corporation. It is presently operating under the fiscal sponsorship of The Atlantic Coast Opera Festival, a  501(c)3 non-profit Pennsylvania based corporation, so that all gifts are immediately and fully tax deductible to the extent permitted by the law.
